I'm Brigit Katz, a Toronto-based journalist. My work has appeared in numerous publications, including the website of Smithsonian Magazine, The Lily, Mental Floss, NYMag.com, Tablet Magazine and Tina Brown Media's Women in the World.
I often write about arts and culture, history and science. I do not typically write about my pet lovebird Squawkamole, but I am very fond of him nonetheless.
